Planning
Pre-construction planning is vital in understanding the scope of work and final building construction requirements. Understanding the construction requirements allows us to formulate a construction plan. This includes preparation with the right tools and equipment which improves construction efficiencies. Our planners have more than 100 years of combined experience in the communications industry. We know the right questions to ask and we can help you decide on the best approach for your application.
Materials
The towers we deploy are engineered for wind load and are constructed with 100% galvanized steel to protect against weather and corrosion. The towers, safety systems and foundations are all CSA certified and quality tested. All of the consumables and hardware we use on our jobs are carefully selected for their quality and reliability.
Safety
Along with excellent workmanship and dependability, safety is or top priority. We are proud to say that we have never had a serious incident involving one of our employees in the 40 years we have been in business. Over the years we have developed and implemented an extensive safety system. We are proud to maintain our COR certification and we always strive to be amongst the industry leaders in safety. We have an in-house training program with dedicated training tower right in our back yard. We conduct climbing and rescue drills quarterly for all of our climbers.
Equipment
All of our equipment is meticulously maintained. We safety our trucks and trailers annually. Our state of the art shop is equipped with two service bays and a built-in car wash, which allows us to do all preventative maintenance in-house. This ensures 3 things:
All employees are intimately familiar with the equipment.
Our equipment is always in perfect mechanical and esthetic condition.
Down time due to breakdowns is almost non-existent.
